Banderas Bay Charities, Inc (BBC INC) is a grassroots nonprofit recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c)(3).

All legal is pro bono and provided by Bill Welch. The paid staff are: part-time Bookkeeper, Lillian Parker, to work with the QuickBooks accounting program to log-in donations and send out donor acknowledgments; and a part-time Certified Public Accountant, Jessica Campbell, to complete the tax return and other filings.

BBC Inc will consider making grants to any recognized group in the Puerto Vallarta area that works with e.g. animals, people, medical, children, education, environment.
